One of our specialties is custom additions. We are the only contractor you will have to deal with throughout the whole project. The average price for a finished off one story addition is approx. $85 per square.  For example if you are interested in a 10'x20' room. To calculate an estimated total you simply take 10'x20' which equals 200 square foot. Take that 200 square foot and multiply that by 85. 200 x $85 = $17,000. $17,000 would be a close ball park of how much that new room will cost you.
